Parking: The employees are always smiling. It's a good thing cause I was feeling bad today. But since I saw an employees smiling, it gave hope. That my day couldn't be that bad.
I bought coffee and it tasted really bad and because I don't speak English they treated me racist and humiliated me in front of people. I will complain everywhere.

I bought a warm cookie. I went to my table to enjoy it and I dropped half of it on the floor. The lady next to me said I should say something, but I decided NOT to say anything. Well right after the lady left Matt came up to me to give me 2 cookies because I dropped my cookie. That was very sweet of him and that TOTALLY made my day. He was pleasant and warm. Thank you Matt for the nice gesture😁

2nd time, I've been to this location, and again, the coffee taste burnt. I had to turn around and get my money back.. go accross the street to Sorentos or down the street to Summer Moon for actual good tasting coffee.. I'm done with Starbucks. Waste of money and time.

Hands down the worst Starbucks in austin. Every time I go in there if they don't mess my order up it takes forever three times as long as any other Starbucks in the city. Absolutely garbage avoid like the plague.
I was given the wrong drinks in the drive through. Didn't notice until I got home, I was charged extra to blend them and they asked for a tip in the drive through

poor service and attitude from barista and cashier, i order venti refresher drink, and they fill the cup to only 70% full. i went back to ask them if they can make it full, both barista and cashier gave me impatient attitude. I paid for venti size, not grande. It was not a good experience. They should always try their best and fill the drink to the top for customers.
