This team rocks on setting the record on coffee served at any Starbucks I have ever been. Their customer service, attitude are so friendly and helpful. Jim you run a great team and manage well.
I was having a rough morning on my way to work, and had been crying. Of course I needed coffee so I stopped at this location (as I’ve done many times). I was choking back tears as I ordered my Tall drink and could barely muster a “thank you” when I was given my total. At the window, I was surprised with an upgraded Venti and told that my drink was free and that they hoped I have the best day. The lady in the drivethru was extremely nice. My husband passed 01/08/2025, and I have random unpredictable breakdowns about it still. She didn't make me feel embarrassed or like a burden and was very kind. They have a very good team, and plus they make the drinks really good. Broke me out of my funk ❤️
