This complaint is about this store specifically. More of a notice for the Gm. Your employees have loud conversations with guests across the lobby. With topics including: bad mouthing superiors and making jokes about other people’s sexual orientation. They’re literally yelling across the building. Im shocked at how unprofessional the employees at this location behave in front of customers 11:55am 02/11/2025

This part of town is under construction and it’s a bloody mess to get here, but the crew at this store rocks. Johnny was the man and helped me navigate using my points and took care of my wife for her birthday. Major kudos to him for being a rockstar.
