The fall flavors are great it would be nice if Starbucks had more variety (corporate issue) during all seasons. I had some Nordstrom coffee later on that day it was so overpriced and nasty near the domain Starbucks js way better go there don't waste ur money on overpriced coffee at Nordstrom

I came into this starbucks with every intention of getting my usual latte order. However this time I needed to use the bathroom before settling in. After asking a barista for the code to the bathroom, she insisted i order something to get the bathroom code. While i had no problem doing so, what really bothered me as I took notice a white counterpart/ perhaps slightly better dressed than I come in minutes after me, asking for the bathroom code to the bathroom, without so much as an objection, the barista proceeded to provide the code. Do with this story as you wish.

Great location.. has a nice window side seating . Since it is in the corner has plenty of seating next to the window. Cofee is decent.
just seen a video shared of alfonso helping a customer named carl at this starbucks and it made my day!! carl is handicapped in a wheel chair and struggles with mobility, but alfonso went above and beyond to help carl pay and get his wallet out. his kindness in the community inspires a lot of people. love from california!! and keep up the awesome work alfonso.

I’ve been to this location numerous times as a customer. The guy with double hanging wing earrings told me I have to buy something in order to use the restroom. even though I was a returning customer….i will not be buying anything from this location again.

I like to patronize local coffee shops as much as the next guy but Starbucks is a great business; locations vary but 3rd and Lavaca is remarkable. I can order my coffee on the app, the coffee is ready and waiting when I arrive, they not only welcome my dog but offer her a pup cup, I’m always acknowledged and greeted by a friendly employee and the coffee is always very good. This is an urban Starbucks and not all of them handle the challenge well, but this one is clean and inviting.

Service was a bit lacking. I recommend you order ahead through the app. Took an unreasonable amount of time to get my drink when I ordered from the counter (there were a couple of employees just standing around doing nothing behind the counter).

This location never disappoints! Food is baked/heated on point. My drinks are perfect. Light ice IS light ice unlike other locations. Most especially enjoy Kate. Kate & Marla have excellent customer service & always pleasant to talk to. They embody customer service.

A wonderful café in every sense!
The staff are extremely cooperative and respectful, and they work hard to satisfy customers. The service is excellent and fast, and the cleanliness is evident in every corner, reflecting great attention to detail by the management.
