Everyone here is always SO nice the get the drinks out so quick will also ask you about your day and chat with your while they slap together some of the best drinks this side the Mississippi. Don’t forget your cake pop they are so good I like letting the staff pick but the cookies and cream is amazing.

I ordered a spicy falafel packet. My order said spicy falafel packet on the bag but when I had my first bite, I realized that it was a chicken packet. I’m a vegetarian and don’t eat meat. The oversight on the baristas part was really disappointing. When I asked her to be careful next time, she didn’t even apologize. Instead she said she wasn’t the one who made it. The least she could have done was apologize and said it wouldn’t happen again. I’m never coming back this store again.

I ordered a regular coffee and they gave me a lukewarm cup. I asked for another one and they said they would brew a new batch. I waited a few minutes and they gave me another cup and said “here you go, this one is much better”. The coffee was the same temperature. I just accepted it because it was clear that it would be too much work to brew a new batch.

The diverse team in this snobby rich Westlake area doesn't identify with their job as much as their gender. Fire two people there and you get five stars.

The store purposefully turns off the mobile order app during busy hours so there is a line out the door every morning and 30 min wait. The whole point of sbux vs local coffee shops is speed.

I shouldn’t go here as often I do. Everyone is so nice. Drinks are consistent. I’m not paying extra for light ice like some local shops. I don’t get the death stare to tip. Good spot to get some work done.

This location is great, I recently became homeless, and I've been going here for a place to stay during the day while I sort things out. The staff are kind and respectful, the service is spectacular, and the atmosphere is perfect. This is honestly the best Starbucks I've been to.
