The diverse team in this snobby rich Westlake area doesn't identify with their job as much as their gender. Fire two people there and you get five stars.

The store purposefully turns off the mobile order app during busy hours so there is a line out the door every morning and 30 min wait. The whole point of sbux vs local coffee shops is speed.

I shouldn’t go here as often I do. Everyone is so nice. Drinks are consistent. I’m not paying extra for light ice like some local shops. I don’t get the death stare to tip. Good spot to get some work done.

Limited inside seating. Had to ask for sweeteners & cream, alá Dunkin’ Doughnuts.

This location is great, I recently became homeless, and I've been going here for a place to stay during the day while I sort things out. The staff are kind and respectful, the service is spectacular, and the atmosphere is perfect. This is honestly the best Starbucks I've been to.

Just around the corner from Westlake HS. Next to the Westlake HEB. Nice cozy spot with some smooth vibes.

This is a Starbucks. What do you expect, really? The staff are "diverse", whatever that may mean to you. The food choices are..."fine", as any Starbucks would have. The Travel Mug choices are plenty. They've only gotten my name wrong about 20% of the time, and the drink order wrong about 10% of the time. So, pretty standard for Starbucks. Restrooms are ok. Seating is plentiful. The lounging corner is especially nice. Unfortunately, it's just a Starbucks, so unless they make a drastic change, they won't be seeing 4 stars from me any time soon.

Stood in line forever to place my order, only to have a guy walk right up and be helped right away, that cashier made eye contact and saw the disappointment but still decided to still help him first. Several employees made eye contact and obviously saw me but then just went onto to do something else and never said a word. Highly disappointed with the customer service at this location and won’t be back.
