Employees were very rude and seemed Inconvenienced when I was ordering as I interrupted their conversation.
No respect. All were confused. Talking to each other while I was ordering and the one with the glasses was the worst. She walked off and I wasn't even done ordering. Definitely not the Starbucks spirit I'm use to. Since we all had to hear about it, I hope the other employee shows up to work. Just unprofessional and unpleasant! To add screwing up customers orders back to back to back!! Drinks didn't taste like it was supposed to and they over cooked my sandwich. The bread was so hard I couldn't eat it. They would make drinks, sit it on the counter and walk off. We were standing there with other customers asking each other what they ordered

Carlos is very rude and this Starbucks always is out of whipped cream or unable to make the drink that you want! I work at a facility close by and I have NEVER HAD A SATISFACTORY ORDER! My coworkers refuse to go to this Starbucks but in desperate times when we are busy and need a lift, this is our closest option that can give us immediate relief without having to pay the extra delivery fees. However, it’s not worth it. They don’t even know how to actually mix a drink properly and they always have excuses for not having supplies. My coworker ordered drinks for everyone one night and I had requested a Frappuccino. Carlos (coworker described him as the male that always wears a mask and has curly hair) said that they didn’t have the “ingredients” to make a Frappuccino and didn’t even try to do anything about it but after my coworker asked “could you just make it on ice instead?” He did do just that. But how are you capable of making it on ice when it’s literally just a blended version of it on just plain ice? If their blender is not working then how are they even able to call themselves a coffee shop let alone a STARBUCKS!!!!!!! This is the worst Starbucks ever. I do not recommend even trying to attempt going to this Starbucks. It’s a disgrace to their name and what I’ve always loved about them!!!!

Multiple employees did not acknowledge me as the only customer that walked up. The employees were talking with each other and did not seem busy and avoided me although I made eye contact with one of them. Then, whoever took my order wasn’t listening to my order - they were listening to the other employees’ convo - and she got my order wrong. Once I got to my car, half of my sandwich was still cold from the freezer.
The barista working the register on 9/19 at 12 pm was extremely unpleasant and just plain rude. Wish I could say this was the first time but it happens every. single. time.

Ani was having a bad day. Energy of a slug. Far from engaging.Ordered pumpkin loaf. Out of it.OK! No big deal, I was deciding on that or egg sandwich.Ordered an egg sandwich. Rang up 11 something.I said for 1 sandwich?She said "No! 2!"OK mistakes happen.3 orders went out...asked if my egg sandwich was still cooking. She said "gimme a minute"She forgot.Finally makes it. As a former starbucks member, I am consistently shocked to watch the staff incorrectly make drinks over and over again here. Today I watched them make my blended drink out of order, with additional ice, and without coffee in my frappuccino, when I asked if it had coffee in it- they confirmed. It was clearly a lie- I have never had a drink turn out so blatantly wrong. Last time I ordered a matcha frappucino with oat milk, they made it with whole milk despite writing the accurate description on the cup. Service is slow, unprofessional, and chaotic. This store needs an overhaul, attention from the district manager and clearly much more training.

Mia wouldn't let me pay for my large chai latte after I noticed my card reversed the charge 3/22/23. It's rude customer service not letting a customer fix a problem. I've called, chatted with Target, emailed Starbucks and more. She tells me she is too busy and said management is too busy to correct the situation. I'm really extremely upset and stressed out about this. I come to Starbucks literally everyday, and I think this bad experience will definitely stop me from coming.

Two employees were too busy talking about their lunch order to pay attention to mine. Took more than 10 minutes without anyone else in line to get the wrong order. I asked for a vanilla latte with oat milk which she then asked if I wanted it iced or hot, I replied hot. Once she finally started my order she made it iced, even though I saw her grab a hot cup when she took my order. I expressed that it was incorrect and she remade, it was incorrect again. Not a great experience.
At around 1pm on 11/13, I ordered a double espresso and peppermint mocha.
Waited about 15 minutes, saw that the employees where idle, and I asked where my order is, and the girl who took my order tells me that someone else took my drinks and refuses to refund me because I “can’t prove that the lady who took it isn’t working with me”
Great place to come to throw 10 dollars into a hole
Incompetent staff, long wait times, and always out of products.
