Went tonight and their iced teas not good. Tasted watered down didn't taste like their bagged teas. Felt like I was drinking water. Gross.

Every single time I come to this Starbucks they NEVER make my drink correctly.They always put the same amount of pumps in my drink as a standard drink would come with and I can always tell because it’s too sweet to drink! Then when I ask them to remake it, they remake it the same way and it’s still too sweet to drink!Unreal.Starbucks- make people their drinks as they order them not the standard way because you’re lazy.

Not sure what's going on in this great country but they wouldn't let me bring in my service animal. I understand the confusion when people see a Koala but Berry really helps my anxiety.

Awful service by the brunette this evening, she was on her phone the entire time. Completely dismissive and lacked so much professionalism. Ignored the people behind us and took at least 20 minutes to make our 2 drinks.
There’s a white, dark brownish(or rather sandy blonde) haired middle aged woman working at this location. To be quite frank, she’s really just not Starbucks quality. As far as customer service, she seems more enthusiastic about her ongoing personal conversation with the other employees. She was dismissive, seemed bothered by my presence & just lacked professionalism. I guess that’s what you get when you go to the Starbucks INSIDE a Randall’s ?luckily my regular Starbucks is just up the street so I’ll just stick to that one!
