Decided to give a one star because I don’t know if it’s a manager or who it was decided to withhold my drink next to her to prove a point that I cannot request a Venti cup with a grande beverage And that in the future, I should not expect it to be this full and that they made it this way “on accident”. I don’t know who p— her coffee this morning … All my years of going to Starbucks, I’ve never had someone make it a point to do this. You can either add extra milk or extra ice. It doesn’t really matter to me. These corporations & companies are getting so greedy for every last dollar.. Wow.

☕️This SB is my preferred go to and my neighborhood cafe! Aside from the coffee that is always brewed to perfection- the staff, Christina, Quincy, Sam, Dito and the rest of the team, are always so welcoming. They genuinely and naturally know how to make you feel special and in doing so, deliver superior service! I am very grateful for the culture and atmosphere they create here! It makes all the difference and they have managed to make me a loyal Patron. I am grateful and thank you all for that ☕️🍩 oh and there patio is so relaxing - this was taken outside and this is Lady who appreciates her pup cups - keep up the great teamwork! It’s timeless

Our experience was disappointing due to the behavior of the manager. While the cashier was lovely, he made a small mistake by taking out pastries intended for the next day. Instead of addressing the issue calmly or privately, the manager (Dita) scolded him very rudely in front of us. This was uncomfortable to witness and could have been handled in a much more professional and respectful manner. Unfortunately, it negatively impacted our experience.
The outdoor seating under oak trees is perfect. Gives that hill country vibe.

This Starbucks location is huge and has the best customer service of any Starbucks I’ve been to recently! Quincy helped me at the register and is genuinely one of the best baristas I’ve ever had. He’s a treasure!

So what are your hours exactly? They are not 5:00am. I showed up for a coffee at 5:41, all chairs still up, baristas scrambling late, oh so sorry will be open in a bout 20mins. NO offer to come in and wait or anything accommodating to their tardiness. It’s not surprising some many of these stores are closing and the company struggling. Hopefully all of them close in the future so some customer service may return.
