My barista Sarah at the Starbucks on FarWest was the nicest & sweetest person to have taken my order at a Starbucks- Absolutely impeccable service.

I had an issue with my order and called and spoke to manager Caitlin. She exhibited stellar customer service and even remade my drink for me, all remaining kind and patient.As a manager myself, I can appreciate all she has to deal with in her position. Thanks Caitlin for being so awesome at what you do!!

I give it 4 stars because Caitlin the manager put in 100% to fix an issue with an order. Called me, got my info, refunded and fixed my order. Researched ingredients in my order too (bc of allergies.) No matter what mistake is made, if a manager can make it right and ensure that it doesn't continue to happen, then that's a good business.

That said, there is a weak link in the barista department that should be remedied

Food gets a lower rating bc almost nothing is kosher.

This morning I ordered a grande size iced latte. Only a couple of sips , it is gone!!!! And look at it, 2/3 cup of the bottle is ice.

I will give this place today 4 start. I start going here because my work is super close. Natasha she took my order incorrect and the barista has to make it again with the proper order. Also, advise Natasha there was a fly in the appetizer display she stated we have safe food to eat. She did not even bother to remove it i. The time I was in the location. Really disappointed of here conduct. I hope this gets fix.
