Ok so I ordered a grande pumpkin spice latte, I dont go to Starbucks all the time but I know when something does not taste right, it was not so awful to take it back but the machines definately need to be cleaned because my latte tasted somewhat like a hotdog and that ain't right!

I come here often to get my drinks. The staff have a youthful vibe — energetic and polite. My order is always prepared quickly, and I’m happy with the service. The place is not crowded; sometimes small groups come in but they leave quickly. There are always a few people working or studying here. Overall, it has a nice and comfortable atmosphere.

I tried the new egg sandwich and found the flavor to be a little lacking. The texture of the egg and bread was great. Have you ever considered Spicy Egg Sandwhich, may be even a slice of pepper jack cheese? Strawberry Matcha too sweet for my taste.

I ordered coffee and food a minute before closing. When ordering, I said that I would like to eat in the restaurant.
I waited for my coffee for an exceptionally long time. When I asked for my money back, they told me that they couldn't give me my money back because they were already closed, and they couldn't give me coffee because they start cleaning the coffee machine three minutes before closing.
When I waited for my coffee and sat down at the table, a young female employee immediately demanded that I leave the restaurant.
When I politely asked for five minutes to drink my coffee, the female employee said that another female employee was already calling the police.
After that I immediately went out.

As a life-long Austinite, I’ve been to every Starbucks in the city and this is my favorite location. The baristas here are consistently the friendliest and most attentive to your order. Shoutout to Stephen—he makes an effort to remember every customer’s name, and recalled mine this morning despite our limited interactions. The customer service here is honestly better than many local boutique cafes I’ve been to that charge twice as much for their drinks. It also speaks to their great atmosphere that lots of locals treat this store as a “destination location” to hang out and socialize, including with the baristas. From the vibes alone, you’d almost think this place is a mom-and-pop. Keep up the fantastic work!!!

Wow. Understanding that it can be loud, with earbuds in, I could hear everything, large blue & white trash bags being opened loudly over a 20 min period, loud throwing of ice several times. My drink wasn't made right the first time. I am sure it was just an off day, but I could barely hear anything with my music blasting in my ears (and music overhead). I won't attempt to work remotely here again for the hour & half I was here.

This Group of employees at the Northland location are exceptional!
The staff and drinks are great, but it’s impossible to get any work done at this location. They play the music so loud you can hear it through noise cancellation airpods, and there are children everywhere just hanging out since it’s close to a middle school
