While most Starbucks are same same, Aislinn makes this place an outstanding 5 stars! She was consistently cordial with everyone in line to order and happily backed up her coworkers on the production line.
Starbucks has always been my favorite, especially when traveling abroad, it is a must-visit store. I have been to countless Starbucks stores in the United States, and I have seen them being kind to the elderly and very friendly in assisting travelers in need. Of course, I love their coffee and professional coffee service.
However, the service staff at this Starbucks in San Francisco’s Safeway supermarket don’t seem to have a very good attitude 🙂↕️

Waited 45 minutes and had to board my flight without a drink that I paid for. There were like 15 orphaned drinks in the mobile side so I wasn’t alone.
Also, making the write a note on every cup is counterproductive and has no impact on customer experience.
