I’m a regular at this Starbucks and usually have a great experience, but today was disappointing. I stopped in after the pool with my child and asked for a cup of water. The barista made me wait 15 minutes, then handed it to me with “Thanks?” written on the cup. It felt unnecessarily passive-aggressive. I don’t think customers should be made to feel uncomfortable for something as simple as asking for water. Their own policy is to give water free of charge - why make that comment when the customer is following your own policy? It was weird.

There are many Starbucks in the Greater Austin area; The vibe here is IMMACULATE on Saturdays and Sundays. Despite two closer Starbucks in my area; I rather make the drive to this location for its spacious seating, well maintained upholstery, and wonderful, WONDERFUL Baristas (which you should tip regardless). 11/10 would recommend whether for a quick stop or a workday.

The inside and outside seating areas at this Starbucks are fantastic! Whether you prefer a cozy indoor vibe or a refreshing outdoor space, there’s a perfect spot for everyone. The service is friendly, and the drinks are consistently well-made. A great place to relax, work, or catch up with friends!
Came in distressed because my phone had died and I needed help and they turnt me around and the employees did not have compassion at all. As a old barista I’ve been told to be kind and helpful and these workers were the opposite. Didn’t see my mom after 2 hours because a gas station over Starbucks decided to help :)!
