The location and the atmosphere itself is fantastic. However, the service is not. The staff are way too focused on getting their orders out for the drive-thru customers and neglect the customers who come inside. I go inside to order to also have a pleasant experience and it has not been the last three times that I’ve been there. Don’t get me wrong, staff are nice when they take your order, but you have to wait for your order for a very long time. And you can see that they are scrambling to get orders complete for the drive-thru. From the outside, it looks like they need a better system.

Yudy spoke to me in a very unpleasant way the woman who looks Asian this was at 10 20am on Thursday because she didn't understand my accent very well, even though my accent isn't that bad.

Went for some coffee and breakfast today. the service and food were amazing. Shout out to Emily who kindly recommended an alternative to my order and and made it happen 10/10 customer service ill be back for sure.

Very quiet which is unusual for any Starbucks location but met a friend there and drive thru seemed busier than the store which was understandable because it was cold out. Ample parking and seating. Neat and clean store.
The drinks at this location are always off, they’re not good. The employee that took my order was kinda rude and impatient

I’m a regular at this Starbucks and usually have a great experience, but today was disappointing. I stopped in after the pool with my child and asked for a cup of water. The barista made me wait 15 minutes, then handed it to me with “Thanks?” written on the cup. It felt unnecessarily passive-aggressive. I don’t think customers should be made to feel uncomfortable for something as simple as asking for water. Their own policy is to give water free of charge - why make that comment when the customer is following your own policy? It was weird.

Literally by far the best Starbucks on the face of this planet.. I’ve been coming here for two years, they never skip a beat!! This Starbucks starts my morning off right on the daily! Super duper kudos to everyone here! Appreciate you all!

They were quite disrespectful when I was trying to study and didn’t make me feel comfortable, I felt judged and wanted to leave, they made remarks about my footwear which I don’t appreciate and were out of quite a lot. I also asked for no ice and they gave me this
