Went there for a work social. Bar tenders were very friendly & helpful. The valet attendants were also very good. Valet was $20 for up to 4 hrs. Cocktails were good and atmosphere was great as well.
It's not the place I remember from when Intercontinental owned the hotel. Staff is great per the usual. But the menu is boring, no good food options like there used to be, and the patio needs shade or fans. It's useless in Texas summers.

The staff is fast and professional - could be a bit more courteous…but overall Tunis alright.
The bar has a good vibe and it is nice that you can sit on the balcony.
But while sitting on the balcony you observe things around you. And you notice the flags along the balcony. Some faded and broke. Why not fix those so it looks...
