This is the BS i got from an online order. I called spoke to “Manager” Darlene and she said that subway limits how much veggies to add. I asked for extra onions, didnt get it. The principal is, its quality over quantity, i would never deliver half ass care to a patient if they are paying full price for the service. Do better! And yes, i will contact corporate.

The staff seemed very uninterested and didn’t care for my sub. He was not attentive and seemed like he hated his job. When passed to the next girl, she was the same. And don’t get me started with the hostile manager lady who doesn’t know how to talk to their customers. Cute subway location, terrible staff.

I came in for my 6 foot long Artisan Italian, The worst customer service, the guy was very rude I was barely hearing him they should have more professionalism to work in places like fast food customer service.

Obviously I love subway, who doesn’t, but I wanted to leave this review about the kind crew and the good lighting!! I’ve been helped by 2 different men here on different occasions and they are always so exceedingly kind to my fiance and me. I always appreciate that. :). The lighting is also usually dimmer and much more pleasant here than the fluorescent in your face type fast food restaurants usually have, too!

The employees are friendly and do a solid enough job, but unfortunately the manager here was really weird and rude. She just stands behind the people making your sandwich and stares at them. Talk about a micro manager. She’s also weirdly confrontational with customers. Just really brings a stilted, combative energy to an otherwise nice place. Only reason I’m not giving 1 star is the friendly employee who made my sandwich.

The service here is great, specifically DJ, he understands how to treat regulars and is so friendly. He always remembers my order and it makes me look forward to going there.

-Minus 1 star from the manager, she seems to get really frantic and sends out wrong orders through the window, snaps at the employees and customers, etc. It seems like it makes it unnecessarily stressful to work there but the employees are still really sweet.

I have no desire to return due to the staff's attitude... poor management of the cold bar, pieces of chicken in the vegetables and cheese, some people not covering their hair with a hairnet, and the terrible attitude of the person who always works the afternoon shift, a young man with glasses. Definitely bad.

I ordered online 2 cold cut combos one just plain meat and cheese then one with fixings. Drove 20 minutes to get it. Then got back to work to find ALL fixings on both subs…so not happy. Staff was nice however older women was cutting down the other workers which I can see why they were distracted making the food.
