Employees couldn’t even be bothered to say hi - and when the manager Melody stepped in it was absolutely no help. A manager as well as an employee, ZERO other customers in the store and didn’t even get a greeting, a “I’ll be right with you,” just a dramatic sigh. melody needs to be replaced asap .
They need to call pest control ASAP.
Southpark meadows by petsmart. Gentleman ask me what I wanted. 5:00pm today he was training another young man. I said I would like 6.99 deal. What would you like? Chicken bacon one. He showed young man how to do it. Toasted. Get to register lady came out from back and showed young man how to ring it up. With debit card. Put it in bag. 12.99. I said it’s the 6.99 deal. She said oh!!!!!!no!!!!that’s over what’s today trainer said Wednesday. Oh then it’s meatball. I said I am not paying 12.99. Poor customer service. The guy training gave me the deal. So they need training the three of them. Also telling me I could only choose 2 toppings. I will never step foot in there ever again. And I will tell others to not shop there.

I walked in and it was very clean compared to other subways. The young men behind the counter looked clean and in a positive, smiling and making customers laugh. I epically love that my sandwich was made in perfect even portions, not thrown together.

I came in and neither of the employees behind the counter had any sort of hairnet on or hair covering on. The lady had visible dandruff and was also visibly annoyed as we placed a large order of sandwiches.
The lettuce was brown and wilted and they continued to try and pile it on our sandwiches like they didnt see a problem with the lettuce. We had to ask for them to get fresh lettuce and they said had no fresh lettuce. But sadly the lettuce wasnt the only veggie that was looking that way it was multiple items on the veggie side were looking far from appetizing. Truly disappointing from Subway, this is the first time I have ever had an issue like this.

Came to this location with my family after a long day of school shopping. As I sat to ate and had to use the restroom, I was told I couldn’t use the restroom because it was out of order. So go to any other Subway but this one. There’s no restroom for even customers.

Ordered online and when I got there was told my order was being made, both workers were working despite the line + orders, but suddenly one of the other people who ordered online started having him change his order and move it up in line despite being told that his was next after one of ours (I ordered before him) and upon being told this he started insulting and belittling the man trying to make our food. Not only that but the lady making the food was being rude to her coworker as well which made him walk over and leave. I feel for the worker because they clearly were working on his food and being underpaid for it so there was no need to start calling the worker names if you're reading this dude who said he quit I'm sorry and I will never order online again 😔

We went in this subway after an 8 hour car ride. We were hungry and needed to use a restroom. Not only did the young person (appeared female) working not acknowledge us, as she heard my companion tell me what he wanted me to order so he could use the bathroom, she said, “Out bathrooms are out of order.” BULL! She did not want to clean them again.
This is against health department regulations. Restaurants MUST provide working bathrooms to customers. This is LAZINESS why her part of not wanting to clean bathrooms after the restaurant actually closes.

Ordered at the wrong location. Called 20x to resolve no answer, went in and tried to get it resolved and it was hectic. Group of teenagers not knowing what to do, calling their assistant manager to see how to do a refund. Told me I’d get the refund in the morning when the manager was there, did not receive any refund and had to call my bank to dispute it. Don’t go here.

I go in and ask how to use the bogo coupon. No one knew. I order through the website and no option to put the code in. I ask for help, no one cares. I send a trial order that wasn’t my real order because I tried over ten times and was sick of repeating the order over and over. They get the order and refuse to change the sandwich. They call the manager on the phone and wouldn’t give me a refund for two orders. They tried keeping my money. The manager could have done it the whole entire time and chose not to till 1 hour later because I refused to leave till I got my money back. They waited for me to get angry and then called security and all of a sudden they can refund it. Racism, discrimination. Children treating innocent people like horribly for no reason. Even the customers were telling them to give me a refund and stop ignoring me. Several customers asked them why they aren’t just making the right order or refunding me. I’ve never seen anything like this. They either wanted to keep my money or it was discrimination. Ridiculous absolutely gross behavior.

Was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to subway. Went during lunch time, as I had before, and it seemed a little more busy than usual. Some guy was in training that was moving at snail pace not asking me what I wanted on my sandwich but proceeding with what was on the paper for the number that I ordered. His female coworker whispered to him when getting the bread out of the oven saying “that’s not ready yet” but both of them proceeding to continue with my sandwich without asking if I wanted a different option. Luckily it was edible as that was all I had to eat for lunch after it took 20+ min to get it. Customer service is lacking here.
