This is the worst subway in Austin. The employees are rude and can care less about you. Also says they are open to 11pm and that is a complete lie. The employees are ready to leave by 9:30p and give you horrible looks. Don’t spend your money here.

Went in wanting to make a simple sandwich. When it was my turn in line I asked for rotisserie chicken on Italian, then she started offering to make a pre-made sandwich the menu, which I declined.
After adding the cheese, she just starting making the pre-made anyway, without my input on the toppings. I voiced my displeasure and walked out without the sandwich.
My brother was behind me in line, and told me later that they began making vulgar comments about me after I walked away.
I picked Subway over Jersey Mike's to save a bit of cash, but I guess good customer service is the premium you pay for at Jersey Mike's.

It's a simple hunger fix. And be sure to get it toasted. The subs tend to be half cold half toasted if not. But it's a good new menu as well, with wraps and excellent personal pizza choices. It's not just for subs!! The meatball is my favorite! Melted provolone plus black olives.

Wow , I am very grateful for the service I received in this location, I saw that they have a new store manager called Clara who is very nice and attentive to any questions, the store is 10/10 clean and everything fresh ! all the employees very helpful, we will always return here for sure .

We went in to get lunch and ended up walking out as soon as we were asked what type of bread we wanted because the lady making sandwiches was very rude and talking and cussing under her breath and got Mad because we didn’t hear her tell the person in front of us what kind of bread they had for the day while we were browsing the menu while waiting no one is going to want someone like that making there food sorry but not sorry at least fake a smile and a better attitude we work in retail too so I try to be understanding but her attitude was so bad that we didn’t want her to touch our food

This location never answers the phone. When ordering from the App, the orders have either never arrived or are almost always incorrect. The few times they get the kind of sandwich right, they do NOT include extras that are paid for, such as double meat. Not to mention, the app is extremely slow, and often times does not work properly.
