My first google review, and only came here to say don't ever come here. Placed an online order through uber eats and I didn't get my food until another two and a half hours later.

I arrived at 4:30 and departed at 5 without being asked if I wanted my sandwiches toasted. Despite expressing my preference, one of them was toasted anyway, and excessive cheese was added. I was disappointed with the quality of my food as the sandwich was sloppily made, and my order was forgotten until I reminded the man after he had already prepared it.

This was the worst place to ever go they rude and Retarded I called when I got home to tell them my order was wrong the girl who m wouldn't say her name started yelling on the phone and hung up I called several times back she kept hanging up like she's totally incompetent and Totally retarded childish and I called the next day talked to I believe Sonia I think that was her name she sounded nice I asked for a refund she said I'll talk to GN call you back that never happed these idiots think we got money to give i guess there's no number to contact if you fill that form out nobody ever calls you back it's shameful that they allowed to do this Sonia says she's manager well I can't tell subway has gone down hill when a company has no contact number to corporate or customer service that means no good run don't go there they about ripping you off ....not good business just sad ?

I ordered the ultimate BMT online. It had no lettuce instead it had spinach which I didn't ask for. It had no tomatoes, no pickles, no onions, no chipotle sauce, no Mayo. Instead I got honey mustard sauce? Bell peppers, and cucumbers. And it had no pepper Jack cheese. My sandwich was so flat and empty I wondered why at first and it's because it had little to nothing. I would give my experience a 0 stars. I also added the receipt for clear proof.

They used to have an older gentleman that was the manager that was very nice and everyone that was working There was nice too. Now I don’t know what has happened its a younger boy that was working today which is 3 January. He was rude to the young lady in front of me and I feel he was being rude towards me too. When you asked for a little of something he put a lot so he’s not listening and when you say extra something he put a little I feel like this young man needs to be retrained and learn how to have better customer service .

If I could give 0 stars I would.My husband made an online order on 11/11/2033 for a 9:45pm pickup. When we picked our order up we realized it was wrong and my husband immediately called to let them know, Gladys answered the phone screaming at him repeating that they were closed and not taking any online orders. I figured she wasn't understanding what he was saying, so I took the phone and explained to her in Spanish that the order wasn't correct. She then went on to say it was our fault for not checking the food. How is it our fault when we made an online order and it tells you all the instructions on there, not only that but they get trained to do their job. Once I told her the way she was treating us and speaking to us was uncalled for and not professional and that I would have to make a complaint with the manager or corporate she hung up on me. I tried to call again and she didn't pick up. I also want to add that when we pulled up to Subway the gentleman (Edward) who was also working with Gladys that night, had his phone tucked in between his hat so he was able to talk on his phone didn't try to communicate in any way.

My subs weren’t edible. I have been eating subway my whole life and this store is constantly subpar. This is my first complaint though, I submitted a complaint form twice with no response!

I went yesterday around 2:49 pm. on 10/10/2023. Sonia received me with a warm welcome, and she was efficient at making my sandwich. If there were more people like Sonia, perhaps Subway would be thriving in the Austin area. I will continue to revisit this store due to Sonia's friendliness and her work ethic since this Subway is the best in South Austin or maybe in the entire city.

The customer service here is trash. While picking out what kind of bread you want or even just looking at the menu, the guy is making fun of you to the other co-workers and laughing. He is rude as hell. Will NEVER come here again. Learn respect for your customers if your gonna work in this type of environment.
