Staff don’t seem fully trained in what goes into menu items and need to be corrected to accurately construct the salad

Betty is one the most laziest mangers there and few others I only came in for the fries and obviously the person or people that were in service were clean and gathering things needed she calls way to the back rudely for someone to help me when she clearly was standing there to help this isn’t the first time I saw some bs like this I came on a Tuesday a few months back and all the mangers sitting there eatting and laughing while the girl on service was suffering with the line...

Okay, let me keep it real! I only visited Sweetgreen because of influencer Tabitha Brown. She made this spot look like a whole vibe, and I was ready to experience it for myself. 🌱✨ But after traveling all the way downtown, I’ve got to say…it was just okay.

The ingredients were fresh, and the concept is cool, but the flavors didn’t quite live up to the hype. Don’t get me wrong it wasn’t bad, but it also wasn’t the life-changing, soul-soothing...
