If I could put 0 stars I would, had me waiting in the Inside of their establishment on an online order i placed 15 or so mins earlier. HAD ME WAITING For 20 or so minutes on a order that was supposed to be ready at 3:38pm. It is now 4 pm. And the manager has the nerve to tell me that I should have told them I am here.... I have been standing in front of the Cash register since I walked into the building... This place is poorly ran and cares more about the drive thru time that they are outputting rather than their customer service INSIDE of their establishment. It seems like Taco Bell is failing at this Location. stay AWAY AT ALL COSTS. I asked for a refund for my Mobile order but apparently I can't get a refund and have to deal with their crappy app to get my money back. My Loss Your Gain. stay away.

It’s Taco Bell, so you know exactly what you’re going to get. For fast food, it is reasonably good and well priced, the best part about this Taco Bell is that it is open very late at night for the drive-through.

I had a wonderful experience at Taco Bell today, and it was all thanks to one of the employees—a kind, respectful, and incredibly friendly Black staff member. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch their name, but their positive attitude and genuine kindness truly stood out. They made me feel like a valued customer, taking my order with patience, understanding, and a warm smile. Meeting people like that can really brighten your day. It was clear they enjoy their job and take pride in it. Honestly, I’d come back not just for the food, but to experience that positive energy again. Taco Bell is lucky to have such dedicated and caring team members. I hope the management sees this and recognizes the great work this person is doing. People like them absolutely deserve appreciation!

Nice workers. But can I get some potatoes with my lettuce taco???? And fresh ones that don't chip my teeth?
Door was open after midnight. I'm hospitality industry and needed food after a late night. I came on my bike. There was a kiosk that I was about to use. Girl says they were only open to drive through folks w/ a car.
Went down the street to a jack in the box w/ the same setup and never had any looks or had to talk to them. Why have a kiosk people can't use???!
Sucks cause I preferred Taco Bell but couldn't even get meal to a clearly open establishment.

I came here today. I did not like that they only order from the kiosk. But diana took care of me very well. she is a great manager. She saw I did mot like the kiosk and then she helped me. Great customer service. Thank you Diana!!
