Ive never been to a slower drive thru in my life. Sat at the speaker waiting to order for 16 minutes before i drove away

I ordered the new grilled burritos and they were literally the size of a sauce packet, nothing like the photos. And my cheesy Gordita crunch was super flat with barely any food inside. This was ridiculous. This place used to be amazing.

This was my first time at this location and I was a little hesitant at first after reading the reviews. I dined in and the place was clean, my order was correct, I received it in a timely manner, I received excellent customer service and the food tasted good. Good Job!

I had to put my own order in Noone helped me because they are understaffed and the kiosk asked me to tip them, pay your employees more ffs. Hope the workers do well, management need to fix this

I didn't buy anything at this location it is the worst Taco Bell bathroom I have ever seen. The floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in weeks. A roll of paper towels had been set on the baby changing table not even put into the receptacle there was no toilet paper at all. The trashcan was full and running over with candy wrappers and paper. It was a terrible experience!!! This was my first time in this Taco Bell and my last.

This location is very popular, it is managed terribly- I order from here frequently, the orders are wrong or take forever- better management. If you know you have a good thing , do better to make it work ——— this location SUCKS on management

Large drinks reduced in size without notice. Large drinks are now about 30% smaller and cost the same.
Prices of all items have gone up significantly despite portion sizes going down.
Yum Brands, owner of Taco Bell, made billions of dollars in profits these last 6 years in row and prices keep increasing.

All registers are automated id rather people be employed. Also done offer any kind of booster or high chairs for kids. Employees just eating WHILE MAKING FOOD so food safety and sanitation are out the window don't intend on going back to this location not trying to get my young kids sick

Bad experience overall. Had to pull up from the drive through window and wait ten minutes when they were not busy at all. Got home and bit into three stale Doritos locos taco shells. As much as Taco Bell Charges now, that is unacceptable.
