Worst experience, EVER at Taco Bell! The drive thru employee had the worst attitude and furthermore, had such a distain in his voice, that I couldn’t even understand him because he quickly spoke in an almost inaudible tone. To make matters worse, our tacos were cold and not even wrapped well and so everything fell out of the packaging, inside of the taco! I called the location to speak with a manager and apparently, they have their phone off of the hook because I tried for 10 minutes to reach someone at their location and I kept receiving a “busy” signal! I will be writing headquarters! I’m not one to complain, unless the service and experience was horrific and it was beyond catastrophic!

This place is crap from the customer service at the drive through ordering kiosk to them making your food. The people here do not care! This was xtra meat!! there barely is any meat on this to begin with... what would have been regular meat. It was the same thing with the steak burrito smfh this is theft. I am paying for extra and this is what I get smfh....I hate this location!!

An employee known as R.J Was a saint when I came to this establishment at night I was going through a little problem he welcomed me inside and when my account started working again on my phone he placed an order even after it was supposed to be closed I really appreciate this person shows good gratitude of how people can be in this world I am very appreciated in the team in the back was working very hard this place is one of the best Taco Bell I’ve been into in a very long time and I’ve been to some all over the state of Texas so if you come here make sure you talk to my boy RJ and he’ll get you taken care of right cause that’s what Customer customer services about
