I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme and there's no crunch. It's shaped like a Crunchwrap Supreme, but it's basically just a flat burrito. Someone forgot to put the crunchy shell part.

normally, my trip to Taco Bell is perfectly fine. They’re very quick super chill all the time. But tonight, I kept trying to use the app, and the lady was very rude to me and was not able to multitask despite her attempt to. In my opinion as someone who has worked in the service industry as well, I feel as though if you can’t do two things at the same time then you shouldn’t and should focus on the test that you’re doing she was trying to take someone else’s order while talking to me and asking me for my payment. I was trying to check in with the app and save some money on a taco and she refused to listen to what I was trying to say, despite me telling her twice and then she was very rude and laughed in my face when I was confused about what she was asking me so just beware of that.

So you think it’s funny to harass an elderly Lady using the bathroom By having one of your employees bang on the door of the bathroom and talk out loud that she’s not a paying Customer and she needs to hurry up and get out the bathroom on top of that as she told you that she’s using the bathroom and she’s having a A elderly lady malfunction the employee kept doingthose actions by banging on the door and telling her to leave while she’s sick in the bathroom and embarrass her in front of customers and staff counter days South Park Taco Bell because this was out of pocket and the rudest and embarrassing thing I’ve ever seen in my life no respect so disappoint

Ignore all the Karen’s in these reviews. For a Taco Bell, this one is outstanding. I never go into face food places expecting good customer service, but this Taco Bell, out of all places, always impresses me. Night crew and afternoon crew are both respectful, and attentive. I had a mistake on one of my burritos and multiple employees apologized and admitted blame with no hard feelings. Every employee I’ve met, has always radiated a positive energy, and it’s hard to find that naturally nowadays. Keep up the good work guys!! Choose this Taco Bell!!

I went in to order a five layer classic box and I found a rubber band in my five layer burrito. There may have been a second one because I feel something in my throat. I might go seek medical help because I feel very uncomfortable right now and this happened about two hours ago or so.
