I'm loving this entire franchise for 2 reasons. 1) good delectable food. 2) consistency is phenomenal. Any T.B. you go to, the nachos will taste the same as any other T.B. Normalcy is key! Thank you Taco Bell!!!

My son ordered from the app and his food was good and hot while my bean burrito was cold, but the reason I'm leaving this review is that the young gal who was working the window was bad-mouthing the people in the drive-thru behind us who were ordering in Spanish and she was loudly dissing people who don't speak English. A customer is a customer, and I don't want to support somewhere that's got workers who publicly discriminate.

Read my order. Repeated several things several times because she kept getting it wrong. She then asked does your order look right I said what I see is right but it doesn't show everything then I asked for the 4th time you have no sour cream or tomato on the nachos and she oh no I didn't get that. Then she read back my order so fast that I only caught key words. Got to the window and asked you got no onions on my burrito supreme right and she said I don't have a burrito supreme and I said it was part of my order. She then said I asked you if the order was correct and you said yes then I told her I also said your screen didn't show my whole order. I paid for my taco supreme just to get my bag and receipt and she missed 3 other items I ordered and my nachos had both sour cream and tomatoes on it. Then I saw my receipt and she missed me saying 2 chicken quesadillas and 1 nacho fries even though as I said the item she repeated it back to me.
Worse experience ever because with the window open she told another employee they had to take over the drive thru as if she didn't want to deal with it. Then when I told him about my missing items and he tried to tell her she missed them so yelled at him and told him just tell me what you need. Then I heard her say, she didn't pay for these items when he told her yes she did she paid when she told me you missed them and they weren't on her receipt.
Got home and the quesadillas were just thrown together with no thought. They did even fold the tortillas over and I could see through the window she was the one making them.
Not sure how her mess up was my fault.

Service sucked paid for sourcream didn't get it on my food. Waited 20 min in the dining room for my food I was the only customer in there untill after I ordered my food. They were more worried about dive thru orders. I arrived there and only 2 cars were in the drive thru but they sent out 14 orders there before I got my order. That I had to cause a scene just to get. I wouldn't be surprised if they spit in my food. I highly recommend not going to this establishment

came to get some quesadillas and not a single thing in my order was right except the drink. didn’t get my tacos correct with the meal. when she went to take my order the two ladies couldn’t stop laughing to listen to my order. i will drive 39 minutes away before coming back to this taco bell.
