Taco Bell seems to have worked out the problems with long waits and underwarmed food that plagued it in the last couple of years. Good experience this time. Food back to what it should be.
Vegetarian options: Bean burrito, cheese quesadilla, cheese nachos are all vegetarian (though who knows if there's pork in the beans), and you can ask to leave the meat out of anything else.
