The employees mixing up orders. Making orders incorrectly. Then arguing right in front of you. Also don’t dare ask to get what you paid for because the manager ain’t worth a nickel. Rude& argumentative. Not worth 50$ meal to feed you and your kids after work. Never again! Save your time and money bc this should not even be represented as a Taco Bell.
Terrible customer service. I was ignored at the counter. Notice the kiosk and place my order there. Got my order and sat inside to eat it. Worse mexican pizza ever. Im so sorry I stopped in.

I know this is hard to believe. I ordered a Mexican Pizza and a Crispy Taco here. When they put the tray on the counter and called my name, I asked for a fork. That's when I was notified that they didn't have any forks (or knives or any other utensils). When I asked how was I supposed to eat it, the woman just shrugged. When I asked again, in a slightly louder voice, someone else chimed in "you don't have to be rude". I wasn't being rude, I was just astounded. When I asked why they don't let people know this before they order, the woman said she was too busy making orders on the line. I asked for a got a refund as I didn't want to try to eat it by hand as it's pretty messy. I've been stopping at this place every now and then for a few years. It's never been a particularly nice experience. Frequently the tables are dirty nor is the floor clean. I've never gone to any fast food restaurant that didn't have a fork though. This was just a bit too much to ever want to deal with again. You really have to wonder who's actually in charge of this place.
Food was excellent service great ordered a steak powerbowl and Gordita crunch. The lady at the window Miriah was terrific thats one Gordita I'd love to take home eat and stuff that taco with extra sauce
They didn't have ground beef
Genuinely the worst

This location was 5 stars about a year ago, recently the speed, accuracy, and quality has fallen off a cliff. I’m a Taco Bell loyalist, and usually go once a week. Sad to see this location go in the wrong direction. Constantly waiting for my order even when there’s only 1 or 2 other customers, always missing at least one item and not having any modifications honored such as removing sour cream, and last time my burritos weren’t even wrapped, just a mess when I opened them. Would be 1 star, but I still have faith they can fix it and I love Taco Bell.
Edit: After returning to this Taco Bell 2 more times, they did it! Absolutely crushing it, all orders on point and tasting amazing. I retract all my previous negative comments. Thanks for some bomb Taco Bell recently! 5 stars all the way.

I haven't had Taco Bell in about 10 years and it looks like it'll be another decade before I try it again. I ordered at the drive-thru at around 12:45pm on a Sunday. I got my food quickly and without issue. I only live about 4 or 5 mins away so got home quickly. The chalupa was cold and completely soggy and dripping so I don't know how long that was sitting out before it made it into my bag, but it was obviously not fresh. The cheesy gordita crunch for some reason had no cheese and didn't seem like it had been warmed up at all so I got a mouth full of cold flour dusted tortilla loosely wrapped around a nacho cheese dorito taco, nothing holding it together. The cool ranch taco tasted like a regular taco shell - it was also soggy and cracked in the middle. The spicy potato soft taco was mostly warm but had none of the sauce that they show in the picture, it was just loose potatoes and shredded lettuce thrown into a soft tortilla.
Highly disappointing, shameful to be called tacos and overall a waste of time and money. At least the people working the drive-thru were nice. I could of had a more satisfying lunch if I had eaten a bowl of plain cornflakes with skim milk instead of whatever this was 🤷🏿♀️

Genuinely don’t know why it takes so long for them to get my food and take my order. I’ve been waiting in this line for 20 minutes and there has been no movement. when it finally becomes time to order the person taking my order is so incredibly rude and barely apologizes for the wait. This is horribly disappointing and disgusting considering the fact i’ve always loved taco bell. do not come to this location unless you want to wait forever for you food and get horrible service.

Solid Taco Bell
The restroom stall was so tiny it was impossible to get in or out without straddling the toilet - certainly not ADA compliant

Ordered and food was wrong, nuggets were burnt. Went inside and the young girl was on her cell phone at the register. An older lady checked my order and seen that they messed up. The old white lady- had an attitude that they had to remake it. Got the order wrong again. One lady had to tell the young cashier to get off her phone and come bag. Someone needs to fire these ladies and hire a new crew. Wrote an email to corporate to complain. Unacceptable.
