Stopped for lunch and ordered in the lobby. Me and another table waited an extremely long time for food 20+ mins. They didn’t even start making the food until we complained. Their reason was that they are timed on drive thru orders so those receive priority and dine in orders have to wait. Ridiculous to be waiting for that long and to have to complain for them to make the food. Then when they handed me the food they walked away as fast as possible before I could ask for my drink cup that’s part of my order. Ended up having to reach over to grab my own drink cup. It’s a bunch of kids working here who have no clue what customer service is. Won’t be coming back.

Just minutes from the office and can eat there and get back within a half hour. Usually enjoy Taco Bell. Been going there since tostadas were 18 cents.

I only give a 4 because I pick up. A.J. has taken this crew has made leaps and bounds. This is now a location I want to be in line for. Even when I asked the managers name, the staff pumped him up. They have a great team and I'm happy to be their customer (love my red sauce)

Everything was cold! Burrito Supreme missing sour cream, a pinch of chesse on burrito and Tostada. Nacho cheese, ice cold! Three people working, you'd think someone would know how to heat the food. Horrible, even for Taco Bell standards. A complete waste of $17.

I was thinking that the service was great because they worked through the line really fast in the drive thru. Should have know. And checked my bad because I was shorted several items by the time I got to my hotel. Maybe you should train the staff to not congregate at the drive thru window and gossip.

I worked there for 3 days and did not see a single other person wash their hands.
