This is the worst place. I'm from Doordhas and they always send me here and I end up wasting my time because the orders are never ready. The customer service and the drivers are very bad, they ignore you.

Rushed food, food was a mess when opening it from the packaging, I opened it in parking lot. Fries were cold or old. Don’t know which one didn’t even eat. They half assed the orders to rush. I understand it’s fast food. But I never had this type of experience. Do better, your open for another 2 hours slow down. Not too much but if it was you would you like that food. Not being a Karen this is just normal things to watch out for.

good food depends on the day and workers
What's the point of having a register up front if employees are too lazy to take orders. So much for hospitality. This location is getting worse and worse.

Bad attitude, but it’s Taco Bell so it’s fine…
Soft taco smaller by half in comparison with other taco bells locations

Joe Pesci has a famous line about the Drive-thru, that would be this place that charged me for the item and didn't put it in the bag. I know what you're gonna say. "Why didn't you check before you left?" Because I worked all day, I'm tired, and when I get there I suspect they'll have no idea. So it's not worth going Karen on an underpaid kid over a $3 burrito. Just accept the loss and hope Taco Bell enjoys the free money.

The Bell tolled for me— not as a signal of the end, but as a gleaming beacon of hope when other establishments kept their doors locked and their lights low in the darkest hours of Monday morning. When I needed it most, I was served enough “food” to feed a family of five for just under $22, despite the fact I am but one man in this vast, intricate universe. I felt so small. This refuge of sustenance and sodium on East Oltorf should be protected as a historic site.
Minus one star on atmosphere for the discarded diaper in the parking lot.
