If no star would be better bad !!! Asked for chicken enchiladas and they give this just cheese enchiladas and chicken all over ?? We had more orders bad.. Manager was nice cooking people not very bad….. nothing right

Ordered my food online at 8:15 am got to the location and there were 2 other customers waiting already. My receipt said my food was supposed to be ready at 8:30 within 15 minutes of been ordered. I received my order 35 minutes later after waiting for a rude staff member. There were only 3 people in the kitchen. 2 employees and the manager. I had paid extra for cheese on my tacos which I did not get and also red sauce which I did not get as well. This is was the last time ordering food from this location. I rather drive farther out or oder from a local restaurant. The staff member or manager could had at least said I'm sorry..

Rudy at the drive thru window is awesome! :) he’s professional, polite, and quick with his job! Thank you Rudy for making my day better! I want to add that the food was also GREAT, me and my bf order drive thru often. I will admit, their flautas are almost always stale, but their beans and tortillas always rock. Good customer service makes up for it to me. I think all of the company replies are very respectful and professional, perhaps yall should implement some more food standard coaching to the employees, I still love yall tho I grew up on TC this location does the bean and cheese RIGHT!!!

Ordered online and someone stole my food when picking up. They refused to remake or refund the order.
My fiancée was just up there to get our dinner. How in the hell they screwed up the order is beyond me, how do you get 6 flour tortillas from 6 chicken flautas and a crappy personal chips and queso but charged for a Blanco queso that has meat and guac in it, is so far beyond me. So I want to personally thank you for royally screwing up our dinner! The only thing out of the order that was correct was the shredded chicken burrito, even the tea was wrong. This place is a joke and we won't be coming back ever!

Went here often because they were close to work...Every single time there was an issue with the food. Gave so many chances, and even told them one day this was last chance to get an order right...the order was wrong. Ridiculous...ill go back because its close, but not as often, and check the order every single time.

I asked for 3 cups of ice and the older Mexican lady at the window said it was going to be $1.48 so then I said never mind let me get one, she rolled her eyes saying “she only wants one now” to the rest of the employees and then I looked at my receipt after I took 2 cups of ice off and she charged me “soda refill” for 99 cents, how would that make sense if 3 were 1.48. Lady was rude and charged me wrong.
