I want to add that the food was also GREAT, me and my bf order drive thru often. I will admit, their flautas are almost always stale, but their beans and tortillas always rock. Good customer service makes up for it to me. I think all of the company replies are very respectful and professional, perhaps yall should implement some more food standard...

I needed a big order of tacos this morning for Teacher Appreciation Week and I ran in here expecting a long wait or them not being able to accommodate such a large order on no notice. But the man who helped me smiled and said no problem. Had 7 dozen tacos ready for me in no time and even carried them out to my car. They saved me and we had some really happy teachers this morning!

Food is usually okay. Just dont order anything extra on your food or try to remove anything and always check your food before you leave the window. Just ordered and got home and my entire tortilla soup is missing and they forgot the sour cream on my tacos. I always have this issue with them and I figured with a smaller order like this, theyd be able to handle it. Im not even mad, just disappointed and hungry ):
