Tried to get something to eat stood there upfront and had 3 people just pop around the side and look at me and not say a damn thing to me even the manager lady in the brown shirt looked straight at me and not a word...no signs saying drive thru only if thats the way they operate and the doors were open to the inside work truck won't fit through the drive thru anyways which I why I tried to go inside freaking disrespectful and lazy...and it's not like they were busy either there was not a soul inside and 1 car in the drive thru haven't eaten taco cabana in a long time and this location just made that decision make much more sense...save your time and go next door to whataburger or down the street to Chick-fil-A atleast they acknowledge you when they see you to atleast tell you they'll be right with you or hell just to say anything Jesus....

Worst and Laziest Taco Cabana in Austin, Texas. They don't open till Lunch so their excuse is Drive Tru only. Amazing how they still expect Tips for what the inconvenience !!! So this location only does Drive Thru only in the Mornings so don't get off and find door open you'll stand there for 20 minutes then be Told Drive through only. What is America ?? coming Too ????

If there was a Zero star option I would give it that. Do not listen to these people who say the drive through is good, it is the worst. I WAITED AN HOUR with 3 cars in front of me and not to mention when I got my food they put my nachos in a quesedilla box ??‍♂️. This isn't the first time I have had a long wait time but it will definitely be my last. Why is this even a place of business ?

Total garbage. We have eaten at other Taco Cabanas and this one is the worst. Ordered our food online at 7:18 and it said it would be ready by 7:24. We walked out of there at 7:50...they sent us away with our bags and "have a nice day". When we looked through the order, they didn't have an item we ordered. When we went back in, they claimed they were out of the item and had the audacity to not say anything to us and just send us on our way with an incomplete order. We asked if they could refund it and they refused, saying that they had no way to do that. They ended up making something else and we left. We got back home and turns out they made us a chicken quesadilla instead of a steak one, plus they sent us with nachos with absolutely no extra toppings at all. The only thing it had was cheese and meat... Not a single salsa was in the bag and chips were stale. Our food was extremely cold when we got home and the service absolutely sucked. Don't know who was on management tonight, but the crew was very rude and unhelpful.

This location is always understaffed. Today, during lunch hour rush, there were only 2 staff members. One taking drive thru orders, the other cooking.Meanwhile, 5 customers are waiting in line for dine-in. No one even bothers to greet us. One person asked if anyone could take our orders, and the poor overworked staff responded "there's just two of us."After 15 minutes of waiting in line, all five customers walked out. Four more customers were about to walk in, but we told them literally no one was working dine-in so they didn't even bother.

Waited for over 30 minutes to get a box of breakfast tacos. They said there “would be a wait” but that is ridiculous. Only 2 people are working there. I had to just get the 6 tacos they had finished and left. What a ripoff.

Difficulty placing order. Staff does not speak english, food was mediocre even by Taco Cabana standards. Not a bad experience but I was disappointed in the quality of the food.

Ungodly slow location. Over 40 min for breakfast tacos when 2nd in line. Normal order of the dozen box.

This location is absolutely disgusting, they were extremely understaffed, so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt on that. However, the food was horrible regardless. I got three soft chicken tacos, the tortillas were soggy and wet and the chicken actually smelled like fish somehow. I love taco cabana but take your money to another location this one isn’t worth it.
