I keep going back because the food is good, but the service is getting worse every time. There hasn’t been a single time in the last few months that the order is 100% correct. Wrong salsas, wrong tortilla, missing items, long waits, etc. Just today I ordered a fish taco on corn and I got flour. It’s almost like a game to figure out how they’re going to mess up my order next.

Two stars since the service was great and speedy, but the breakfast tacos I got were not great. Migas and chorizo tacos were greasy and wet. They didn't taste like breakfast tacos. Also there was an egg surcharge per taco which added to the bad experience.

The food is good. However, sometimes I am asked to pull past the window to the door even though there is no one behind me. This does not happen every time. Only when certain people are working the window, like this morning at 9:30am. I am not sure why they do this. Is it to give ownership the impression they are faster than they actually are? It makes me uncomfortable and makes me wonder what the actual motive is. Do they not want me to see something they are doing to my food. The food still came out just as fast as it does when I sit at the window. And no one was behind me still when he walked the extra distance out the door to give me my order. I don't feel like this is good customer service. UPDATE 1/19/25 They are still making us pull up after the order and when they do, they take 3 times as long (or more) to deliver the food than when you wait at the window. I only ordered one item, yet I am waiting 15 minutes to get my food. When I wait at the window, it is less than 5 minutes. This makes the customer feel like they don't care. I guess I will stop coming here. It's sad because I like the food.

Food is good..buy service is really bad..and they take forever to get you food even if there's only 2 or 3 people seat already when you order..looks like there's no one in charge..just employees..
I visited this location tonight via drive-thru with my mother and had a pretty mixed experience. The initial interaction with the first employee at the drive-thru was fine, just mixed with some confusion on what to order, when all of a sudden another staff member named Alejandra intervened in the interaction (this is still in the drive-thru) and started shouting at us through the drive-thru microphone asking us if we wanted corn or flour tortillas for the items that we had ordered. When I had asked her about why she had shouted, she denied that she had yelled and laughed it off, which was very frustrating. At the window, the interaction wasn't very pleasant either. The food was very good as always, but the customer service needs to be worked on at this location seeing that this is not the first time I've encountered a rude employee here.

It was disturbing to observe from the drive thru window, a man standing by the steam table, using his bare hand, digging into one of the lined food pans on the line. Im not sure if it was rice or potatoes but he was able to roll it in his hand, mash it into what appeared to be a ball and toss it into his mouth. Disgusting.

I ordered on Uber Eats and they forgot half of my order. The manager personally delivered the rest of my order to my house and an extra side on the house! As well as it being almost 1am, I never would’ve thought to get the rest of my food, The manager Jose was thoughtful and so kind! I have never experienced customer service like this before! I will definitely order from them again whether it’s take-out, delivery or dine in! I definitely recommend ordering from them!
