Great prices... excellent fast food... consistent service! I love this place! And it is healthier than the place that is always busy next door.

This location used to be congested with people however now I know why it is empty. First off, it is despicable that management doesn't fix the AC for the workers who are slaving inside this location. There are multiple fans in the kitchen area, which probably contributes to airborne illnesses. There's a temporary AC unit that is for the customers, however this franchise owner is cheap enough to not put a decent replacement size version. No wonder nobody eats inside as I intended to eat.I shouldn't have to pay restaurant prices of over $21 for an individual meal and have the food bagged up to go because the restaurant is a burning Inferno. Unfortunately I had to make my order to go. Food wise I'm very unsure why I paid extra for asada steak and received five to six cubes of meat for the up charge. You can see the photos I've added as proof of this disappointment. I had to remind the workers that I ordered a shake as they looked at me confused of why I wasn't leaving. The workers looked oblivious to customer service but how couldn't they when I didn't even want dine inside this uncomfortably hot building. And I guess homeless are welcome to self serve themselves at the soda station. I had one homeless guy park his bicycle on the outdoor patio and self- serve himself to the machine. If corporate is listening I've already sent you an email about my experience. I'm not interested in having a gift card to wash away this review. I'll go back to your building with a laser thermometer to document the heat inside this building and file a health and safety complaint with the state of Texas on the behalf of your employees. Get your business together.

Service was slow considering I went inside to order and no one else was there. Ordered tostadas with quac...not that good at all. Inside doesn't appear very clean. This was my first and last visit to Taco Ranch.

Stopped in for the first time and asked for a shredded chicken burrito. Was advised that they no longer offer shredded chicken and only have grilled chicken. Fine. Prices are reasonably inexpensive. The grilled chicken however was so dry and charred that it was hard. Asked for the spiciest salsa and got something with no spice. The flavors were lacking across the board. In a pinch, it is a filling and inexpensive option for fast food. Would I seek it out again? Absolutely not.

Not good. Food prepared sloppy and quality was very poor. Taco Cabana like and was expecting more than that.

Tastes like failure. Can’t get an order right to save there life’s been there 5 times in the past month every order incorrect. Stale taco shells. Gross

Our reliable go-to place for inexpensive and tasty breakfast tacos. The crunchy tater-tot like potatoes go great with eggs or beans. The breakfast burrito is a filling meal for just $4. The peppery fire-roasted salsa adds some zing.

Im the one that convinced them to put jalapeño ranch on their menu and start selling it by the ounce. The best jalapeño ranch ever!!! The crispy tacos are sooo crispy my favorite. Please get location up North!!!!

It always looks quiet ...like noone eats here, but don't be fooled. It's not a fancy taco spot but the ingredients are fresh, food doesn't taste heavy, just simple, straightforward. The ranch dip is to die for!!!! But read the ingredients. I usually skip the avocado which results in a little more queso and I always stir all the ingredients together before I dip. Love me some taco ranch!!

It was my first time trying Taco Ranch. I had the nachos with chicken. It was an ample serving but overall the cheese sauce and chicken didn't have enough flavor. The salsa was pretty good. I will try the tacos next time. Overall it was decent but nothing like what I hoped or expected.

Ok, so I used to think this place was just okay, and not on par with Taco Cabana. Today, the line was crazy long there, so I thought I'd give it a chance. The flour tostada was straight bussin. The chicken burrito was excellent and they service was prompt. When they first opened, I didn't think they had that "it" factor, but the mild salsa seems to even have been upgraded. If you are craving a hearty sized burrito and a perfectly crisp in all the right places tostada, these employees did it right and they did so after probably already having a long day. Appreciated this meal after working all day, I'll be back more often.

Vegetarian options: The tostada was bean only and they have several menu items that have bean and veggies only.

Kid-friendliness: Looks like there's space in there to seat your kids, no problems.

Parking: Plenty of parking next to the Wal Mart.

Its cheap! It’s Taco Bell with a smaller menu. The food didn’t live up to the hype. P Terry’s is one of my favorite hamburger stands. This is right down the street from my office and I was really hoping it would be a good taco spot. Good service and no line at lunch….

If you've ever been to PTerrys and wished they served tacos, well you're in luck! It tastes just as good as it sounds, fresh food, simple menu with great options. Friendly staff, clean dining room and restrooms. Quick service and good pricing. I like the choices on the soda machine too, Hawaiian punch, I haven't seen that in forever. The salsas are tasty, I really enjoyed the fire roasted one. The Mexitots with Queso are a great snack/side. Only one location of 290/71/Mopac. If you're coming up Mopac North it'll be on your right, it's actually easier to get to their parking by turning onto 290/71 first then coming in. Drive through options, inside dining and an outdoor patio. Definitely worth a try, hoping they put another location in Southeast Austin... Mckinney falls and William Cannon perhaps...???

Loved the food! It was great, and fast. Loved the environment. My only critique is that this location is inconvenient. It is kind of hard to get to from any of the near by major roads.

Their mild red salsa and the jalapeño ranch is amazing! The staff is always super sweet and seem happy here too! Ohhh also don’t forget to get the fresh limeade! My gotos are the hard ground beef tacos and the taco salad with extra jalapeño ranch- def need two if you like extra dressing as there’s a lotOf lettuce in the bowls!
