I always stop here when I'm in the area since they closed the Round Rock location a few years ago. Great breakfast tacos (I always get a few extra for later), fantastic salsa, and THE BEST Dr. Pepper in town. I don't know what it is about their DP but it's like the old DP. IYKYK ❤️
The tacos are good. Love the chips & queso but they won’t serve it at breakfast. Sides of guacamole are tiny for the prices. I used to think the place was shut down because you rarely see any cars parked there. Plus they could REALLY use a fresh coat of paint on the building.
I’m sad to report but the Taco Shack we once knew and loved is so longer. I went to get myself a breakfast bowl. A classic breakfast for me back in the day. And they put it in an 8 oz to go container, which we all know isn’t a bowl. Also no ice in the ice machine. $1.29 for a slice of avocado. Rip. At least I could refill my sprite. The thing that got me was the fact that on the menu they have a picture of the old bowls they used to use. False advertising. . .? The crew was...
