Ashley great service and charming and incredible service with a good vibe and harmonious enjoyable time .
Although the portions were big, the food wasn't that great. Service was absolutely terrible. It was our 1st time there and I wouldn't recommend or return. We purchased the blender souvenir cups and they leaked all over us and the other that was aluminum was all scratched and used. So disappointing! Customer service definitely needs to improve.
Disappointed and visit was ruined by the quality and taste of the beans.
Consistency is too thick. Absolutely no chunks of any pork, no bacon no cueritos no anything. Just beans in a thick juice. Tasted like beans from a can.
Need to either revisit your recipe, or get a new beans cook. Not coming back until beans are improved.

Tacos El PiBe is a fabulous hidden gem located in a dusty lot surrounded by U-Hauls and a tire business. The atmosphere takes a little hit from the location and the picnic tables can be dirty or dusty, but they have a pretty cozy outdoor seating area with more seating than is usually seen for food trucks. The food is really fantastic and absolutely worth trying. The lady taking orders and her young daughter are really friendly and helpful, even with some language barriers.
The menu features excellent options like the Torta Costra with bistek, which has a well-balanced texture and flavor, and breakfast tacos such as the egg and sausage and the egg and chorizo, which are nice and moist with great flavor. The pastor and steak fajita tacos are also excellent. They are served on fantastic tortillas, some of the best in town, which are properly warmed and have a good thickness. The food is served with a delicious avocado salsa, or green salsa, that has a small, well-balanced kick and good heat. There is a $2 credit card fee, and the credit card machine doesn't give the option to tip. The experience is lovely and the 4.8 rating is well-deserved. If the dust is a problem, it is recommended to take the meal to go.
