Tan rico!!!!!!! Do you ever just crave tacos al pastor from a truck on the side of a highway on a clear sunny windy Texas day? This will satisfy that itch. Somewhere between super fresh and good and greasy - the pork was so good, texture and flavor is awesome. Also loved the salsa verde - very fresh tasting.
