This was the best food I have had in a long time. I wanted to try Queso Birria tacos. I Googled Birria tacos near me and found this hidden gem. GUYS I had a nostalgic moment. The flavors and spices took me back to Mexico. The carne de chiva was to die for. The consumé could have been eaten alone but dipping the crisp bread filled with more meat cheese oozing out with tiny bits of fresh cilantro and onion ( oh a a splash of lime) was a culinary experience. Super YUMMY, super FRESH, and I could feel it was cooked with LOVE.
I was craving for quesabirria and randomly stopped here. Guys if you live nearby, it's a gem and must visit. I am not sure how your tastebuds are or what your preferences are but even at least if you crave for food cooked with passion and care, this is the place.
