I absolutely ADORE this place. I always get delivery, so I can’t speak to the service or atmosphere, but the food it absolutely phenomenal. The first time I ordered I got the shrimp and pork dumplings (fried) and the hot and sour soup. Both were SO GOOD I ordered again. This time I got hot and sour soup (obviously a favorite, the mushrooms in there are so good), the lamb dumplings which had a lovely flavor with the lamb being present and noticeable but not overpowering, and...

I make it into Chinatown, from Hutto, once a month and I always eat here. The braised pork (pork belly, tofu puffs, hard boiled egg, broccoli, and rice) is my go-to dish. I look forward to this dish all month.

The meat-portion of the pork belly is tender and flavorful. The fat is buttery, and compliments the rice and tofu puffs. Speaking of the tofu puffs (fried squares of tofu, soaked in a delicious marinade): I could eat these every day of my life.

For lunch I decided to order the beef noodle soup. It was amazing! This will most likely become my lunch place. Great service, I love that you are able to see the staff make the dumplings. The cleanliness of this place is incredible!
