I have Celiac disease and after a fun day with my family we stopped in for some TCBY. I informed the very pleasant staff and they checked their allergen book and told me what contained wheat and what didn’t. After making my decision they went in the back and got me a scoop from an unopened container with a freshly cleaned scooper. I can’t tell you how much it means to be able to enjoy a tasty treat with my family. Thank you so much for making this an enjoyable experience!!
My friend and I stopped in TCBY last night between 6:30 and 7:00. We each got a small amount of yogurt, (maybe 1/3 of what fills the bowls). We were shocked when we were charged $18 and change!!!! There are no signs anywhere indicating price per ounce. We sat watching the filled cups of yogurt coming through the line, imagining what a family of four must have to sell just to bring kids in for yogurt! TCBY is good, but not worth what we paid.
Listen I love this TCBY, location is great for a post-dinner dessert and everyone that works there is super chill. However, the past two times I've gone - it's smelled absolutely rank. Like 100% nasty bathroom smell, like they tried to clean it but it just only slightly covered it up. It was overpowering the last time I was there I almost left with no yogurt I was so shocked. I'll still be back, but dang.
