Great location with friendly staff! I always get the Otto and sit outside on their covered patio.

Tacodeli on Slaughter offers an impressive variety of delicious and gluten-free Mexican options. Standout dishes include the Space Cowboy with savory mushrooms, the rich and flavorful Pollo en Mole, and the irresistible chips and queso. During breakfast hours, they offer fresh coffee for free, and the Jess special is a favorite. You can enjoy a variety of five different sauces, and the availability of local Mexican beverages is a nice touch. The Pollo Fantastico and the Cowboy are both delicious, with the Cowboy being the star. The big, bright, clean space and very friendly service make Tacodeli a must-visit spot in Austin. However, some reviewers have found the tacos to be overpriced and undersized, with the migas plate drawing particular criticism.
