Service wasn't great as previous visit , maybe it's just the waitress issue . We were group of 4 vegetarians, most of dishes in vegetarian weren't available. ( it wasn't too late , 9p)
We are disappointed in most restaurants we try, so always a nice surprise when one impresses. We found almost everything of what we tried to be better than expected. Highlights included the nigiri - it was all very fresh and the flavor additions (such as yuzu) were elevating. As for the steak, the Texas wagyu dry aged rib eye was terribly disappointing - with more gristle than tender marbling. But the 5 stars was earned with the other dishes and especially the Japanese A5 wagyu...
