We reserved the tour and dining experience for 5pm. The timing was perfect. There was ample parking available when we arrived. We had a table reserved for us after our tour, but by the time we sat down and were nearing the end of our meal I could see that the dining room was filling up and the line was out the door (and for good reason). The Terry Black Experience did not disappoint. You get a cool history and breakdown of their smoking process, on top of trying every meat and side they have. Highly recommend for a group of 4, but just the two of us had a LOT of leftover and we did not complain. Food was heavenly and would recommend to anyone wanting an incredible BBQ experience.
Amazing BBQ! No need to wait in long outdoor lines in the Texas heat to eat great Texas BBQ. This is just as good if not better than those other more famous places without the ridiculously long lines and with indoor seating here. The brisket is simply GREAT! They will also gives you an up close tour of the pits.
