Came here because it’s probably the most famous barbecue restaurant in Austin. Huge property with lots of seatings. Great brisket and sides. We got 4 slices of brisket and three sides + a bottle of Coke. It was $65 before tips. Needlessly to say it wasn’t cheap but really filling. Given how expensive meat is these days, I think it’s fair. It’s not my first time here, but the service made this the best experience of all. Mary at the sides station and Stefany and Ayleen at the register were so nice to my husband and me. They were all super kind, attentive, and gentle, which truly made our night. Their warm and professional attitude made us feel really valued as customers. That, plus the food, made every cent worth it.
