Texas Roadhouse

I dont get how people eat there. It smelled like old mop water and towards the restrooms it smelled of urine. Drinks are nothing but sugar and Titos vodka it is not. Guy said if I want a stronger drink to order the gobblet with blue sugar and the extra shot. Smh. Food looked bland and I don't think anything came out hot.
Only reason I was there, I was meeting friends close to their work.

We frequently visted in our home town and have recently moved to Austin. We tried the location in Pflugerville and it was amazing. We decided to try the other location but sadly its not the same. Not even close. We get there and did the call ahead. They tried to sit us in an area that was dirty and the person was still trying to bus it. We found another area and sat there. My family's food was good, but mine was way overdone. No one came to ask. Made eye contact with who I thought a manager was and they just chatted it up in the bar area. I flagged her down after several minutes and told her. No acknowledgement, no apology, no ownership. She said, want me to get it remade? I tell her yes. She takes it says, ill be sure to give you back your sides. And that was the end of it. Someone else, not a manager, brought my remake, and it was worse than the first one, and no side! She never came to see if I was okay, or just make sure I got it. The refire took quite a while for me to get something medium rare. She was uninterested in being hospitable. Noticed runners taking wide open containers go orders filled with food from the kitchen to the to go station through crowds of people. Just super disappointed cause I know thats not a TRH standard.

This is my go to place for a great steak! I ordered and went to get my meal from the to go window and Hector and the TO-GO team killed it on the food and the service! I forgot my bread and Hector came running out to my car to make sure I had it….I love this place and the staff!

Brennan provided such an amazing experience tonight. My girlfriend and I came out for dinner and from the moment they walked up it was such a good vibe. Constantly checked in with us while managing the other tables. I feel like i have had “okay” servers recently and Brennan made sure to keep the energy, vibes, and food coming! Thank you for the amazing service tonight! <3 -the apartment manager girlies

I really like the vibe of this place. It was really busy when we walked in, the staff were very friendly, and the whole experience was great. Definitely a place I’d recommend to everyone.

75 minute wait? Um. No thanks.

Food was delicious. Even the vegetables were seasoned good which is usually rare. Waiter was ok, but he could have been better at seeing what we needed. I guess he was probably focused on getting off because another guy took over our table. All in all the food was super good 🔥 no complaints anywhere. Even though I forgot to take pics it wouldn't have done it any justice. It tasted better than the picture!

UPDATE!!! Another great experience at Texas roadhouse. This is 12/1/2025. Zoe and Leah were fabulous. We sat at the bar to have dinner and they were so responsive amd kind. The manager, Inaka, came through and checked on everyone. This restaurant is AMAZING!!!! We have always had the best food and experience at this location. Love Them❤️❤️❤️. Texas Roadhouse is amazing. Allie, Leah and Marquan these three bartenders were the friendliest and most attentive I have ever dealt with. The chili was amazing the drinks were amazing. We have never had a bad experience at this location. ♥️♥️♥️
