This place has really gone down, which is super disappointing since it used to be my favorite. This was my birthday meal from my son and grandbabies and from the hostess being unwilling to help me( they sat him first while I unloaded the girls and seemed clueless and unwilling to help and told me they couldn’t help me so to look around with my 4 and 1 yr old in tow) to the waitress who seemed bothered I asked for help to the the gentleman who brought our food and was aggressive...
There needs to be a new review on this restaurant. We found it very pleasant and the staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous. Seating for a Friday night was orderly and we did not feel anything negative. Our steaks were all to our order, mostly medium rare, and the sides very tasty. We were not rushed out the door after our plates were cleared since we were enjoying the conversation. Several wait staff also thank us for coming as we departed. Very pleasant evening.
Love me some Texas Roadhouse but if you can house a different location….go there! Food was ok, steak was over cooked but didn’t want to return because it took forever to get our food! Also the server wasn’t very attentive
