So, I will tell you, as a Japanese American I was kind of leery about "Texas Sake," in general, and unfortunately my negative thoughts were correct, I am unsure if they use the wrong rice to make the Sake, or the water quality isn't good, but literally none of the sake they produce is any good, in fact, quite gross. I know that sounds dramatic, but I tried all of their sake, and didn't take more than a sip of each, they all have a bad taste and after taste.

I did the omakase collaboration with Texas Sushiko and was very impressed by the cocktail pairing. The sake negroni stood out as my favorite, and Jeremiah did an excellent job explaining the cocktails. I'll be back.
The staff is very nice, and it sounded like folks enjoy the handrolls they make here.
It’s a great setting and fun atmosphere for a big group — not at all pretentious.
But the sake has some work.
