Brand new hand roll bar officially open inside Texas saké Co. There's limited seats, 10 total, order at the bar only. Great quality fish with dynamic profile of flavors for handrolls. Counter service, great attention to detail with the menu. The chefs are bar service are awesome. Enjoy some handrolls and sake pairings or flights. I enjoyed the 3 piece combo
