I ended up here based on a recommendation from a friend, did not disappoint. I ended up ordering something away from my comfort zone, I'd usually go for a pad Thai or pad see ew, but I went ahead and ordered the red curry and the coconut soup. Very delicious, good portion. The soup I was not such a big fan of, wouldn't get it again. Will definitely be back to try my favorites at this spot. I definitely love the counter service they've got going on, there's a self-serving station so you can help yourself to sauces and waters. You can either go ahead and order at the counter, or take a seat at one of the tables and order from the sticker they have on the tabletop. Your food will just magically appear after ordering, which is amazing. Very good spot for studying, I would definitely come in and do remote work here, it's got coffee shop vibes.

The service was sooooooooo slow. We waited 40 minutes for our food, and the restaurant wasn't even busy. There were many empty tables. This is a self-serve type of restaurant where you order on your phone with the QR code at the table, and you get utensils and water yourself. I am not sure why the food still takes so long, as you would think this process makes the service more efficient. The price was also crazy high. The pad thai with chicken (the cheapest meat option) was $18, which is much higher than most pad thai prices in Austin. The portion wasn't particularly large. I did like my pad thai though. It was a nice flavour with good chicken. My friend got the pad see ew, and it was drowning in sauce. The taste of the sauce was overpowering. It soaked through the takeout container. She liked how there were many vegetables included though. The ambience was kind of strange. The restaurant was so dark inside and felt like we were in a large tropical hut. The parking lot is very small, but there is free street parking in the neighbourhood.

Hands down the best Thai food in Austin! We’ve been going here for years now and it just continues to get better and better. Super fresh and high quality ingredients. The pork belly Pad Thai is phenomenal. Great desserts, too.

Chicken was dry, so was the pork. Quite expensive for what we got. Nobody in our group thought the food was very good. Staff was kinda snotty. The A/C was blasting on my back the whole time and it was cold. Coconut ice cream was good tho. They prefer you order via phone, but the phone-based menu was really hard to navigate--- we had a party of 5 and it took 10 painful minutes to order. That style of menu might work for a bar where individuals all order separately, but not for a brunch/lunch place.

My bf and I both got noodles and they were not terrible but still pretty mid. All my noodles clumped together into a blob immediately, as well. We also got four pastries to take home. The peanut butter rice crispy was ok but the oatmeal cream pie was hard like a rock and I was unable to bit into it. The coffee cake was also ok but the cheesecake literally tasted like soured milk and I had to spit it out. It’s a bummer because it’s really hard to find gf desserts around town (for convenience sake) but I can confidently say I make better gf dessert than this place could dream of. Won’t be coming back!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this incredible Thai restaurant, and I must say, it's one of the best I've ever experienced. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by their dedication to catering to gluten-free diners. The menu not only specifies which items contain wheat. The culinary delights didn't stop there; the restaurant's bakery boasts a completely gluten-free selection, allowing for worry-free indulgence in their delectable treats. The level of accommodation provided by the staff was exemplary; despite the modern convenience of ordering and paying through a QR code on your phone, they remained attentive and eager to ensure a memorable dining experience. But it's not just the food that makes this place shine; their café offerings, including drinks and coffee, provide the perfect complement to any meal or snack. Needless to say, we were thoroughly impressed and already planning our next visit. If only we had discovered this gem sooner! Whether you have dietary restrictions or simply appreciate exceptional Thai cuisine, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit.

It's Thai. It's fresh. But it's also so much more... bakery (lots of vegan options), cafe, vegan scoop shop, and beer and wine bar. All of the food is outstanding and the casual atmosphere allows you to linger or eat and dash.

Our experience here was one of complete satisfaction. Having little to no experience with Thai food myself, I was a bit apprehensive. We had the Pork Larb Lettuce Wrap and Pad Thai. My date's salad and wrap were delicious. It was the first time I had ever tried this entree. Thumbs up! My Pad Thai was ordered with shrimp, and I chose to add pineapple and mushrooms. It was one of the best dishes I have ever eaten. The service was great and the food was better! If you find yourself in Austin, Thai Fresh is a great option! We enjoyed ours outside under the awning on a beautiful Texas afternoon.

Most disgusting overpriced Thai food I have ever eaten! My drunken noodle looks like poo and tastes like it too! The curry rice is bland and also gross! Avoid this place at all costs!

Once an excellent dining experience, it's faltered some in the post-pandemic economy. Like many, they are forcing us to use QR codes instead of paper menus. It may streamline the business, but the menu is hard to navigate, and it eliminates any accountability for mistakes made by servers when they drop off the food and then run away. I had my birthday dinner there, and it took THREE times to order a hot pot of tea. (One counter server denied even having hot tea.) Anywho, I love their food, but the server side of the business is MESSY.

The pad sea ew was amazing! I’ve never had that dish before. The pad Thai was pretty good and the pineapple fried rice was okay. They also have 12 different (dairy-free) coconut ice creams to choose

We loved it here! Ordered the rice balls, tom yum soup, yellow chicken curry & pulled pork sandwich with fries. The curry had such good flavor, the pulled pork sandwich was seriously out of this world and even better when we dipped it in the sauce that came with the rice balls. The soup came with a ton of flat noodles that we added to the yellow curry. You seat yourself and order via the QR code on their site and they bring it out to you as it's ready, which we really liked, but something to note if you're someone who likes to have a waiter. I think they could spruce up their outdoor seating, the ambiance could use a little attention. I also like that it's in a neighborhood, really cool place with amazingly tasty food. Definitely recommend.
