These little cheesecakes are super fun and really good! They’re small, so you can get a bunch of different flavors. Every flavor I had was delicious. I was really impressed with the warmth and cincerity from the lady working the truck today. 10/10 customer service. Will definitely be back!!

WOW!!! Sorry half didn't make it to the car. These are AMAZING!!! Hands down a family favorite dessert stop. As a family of 6 being able to get a variety of delicious cheesecakes to try at an affordable price of 4 for $12. We got 8 for just over $25. Crunchy but crumbly crust, soft smooth cheesecake that packs a punch of flavor, plus they look great and taste so much better. Truly a dessert that doesn't get enough justice from the pictures. All this while having the best lady showing us all the options. We were super excited about cheesecake and she made made sure our excitement was returned. These are made with pure love and joy. The butter crunch is a must if you have a butterfinger lover in the family!!

We stopped by the other day with a hankering for cheesecake, and boy did we hit the jackpot. We couldn’t choose between the 7 available options so we took one of each for sharing. Not one was a disappointment, but standouts included the cookie dough, the turtle, and both of the vegan options (peaches and s'mores). Staff was so friendly and lovely. And there just so happened to be a dj in the park that day. Absolutely recommend, don’t sleep on the vegan options! Sorry they didn’t last long enough for a pic lol

Went to this little food truck spot for dinner but couldn't pass up desert. The cheesecakes are not only well put together and presented, the taste is even more pleasing. I highly recommend this spot!

Amazing! There are over 60 flavors and they rotate weekly. So so good!

These cheesecakes are AMAZING! I am literally obsessed!! They switch out the cheesecakes so you can try all different kinds of flavors!! If you have a favorite flavor you can always message them and request!! They are so sweet and in a great location!! You won’t regret trying it!!

Customer service was top notch! Kind, friendly Austin vibes! And the cheesecake was exceptional. A fun take on the crust--it was sweet. Each flavor was perfection. Tried the Tuxedo, PB&J, Key Lime, and Black Forest. Will definitely be back. Would make a fun birthday treat for friends!

I can’t tell you how much I appreciate this place. It makes me feel like I’m home. Not to mention, the cheesecake is the best cheesecake in Austin! I can feel the love Kimmie puts into each one of her flavors <3

The Celia Jacobs Cheesecake Experience:

As a New Yorker and a cheesecake chef myself, me and my mom have made cheesecakes for years and sold them all over New York and then 6 other states;

My review will first mention the pleasant and happy demeanor of who I believe was working today (the owner), maybe it wasn’t the owner, but I thought it was.

She was super jolly and happy and very friendly and she explained every single one of the cheesecakes that she had available so delightfully.

We were so excited to try out the spot because we had been looking at it for a long time and I had saved it on my Google “Want to go places”.

I will say my honest review is that the cheesecake itself was very good in the flavors and the mango one was my favorite.

I will add though that the crust is a little too sweet for me because as a cheesecake baker where I’m from it’s made almost more like a actual cheese….. in that, there’s even ricotta cheese added to the cheesecake itself so it’s almost more like a wheel of cheese by the time you sit down to eat it ?

and the bottom/crust is never sweet.

it’s more of a tart experience and they kind of bland cheese flavor in my humble opinion,

but I do believe for a Texas style cheesecake.

This was a 4.5 star since I can’t do a 4.5. I’m just gonna give it a four !!!

We had the pleasure of trying a variety box from Celia Jacobs Cheesecake and were absolutely amazed! Each mini cheesecake had an incredibly soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture that was simply delightful.

From the rich chocolate with mint chips to the light and creamy coconut, every flavor was spot on. The strawberry cheesecake was fresh and fruity, while the crumb-topped cheesecake offered a wonderful balance of sweetness and spice. Even the classic plain cheesecake stood out with its perfect smoothness.

Every bite felt like a little piece of dessert heaven. If you’re a cheesecake lover (or even if you’re not yet!), Celia Jacobs Cheesecake is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

Goodness, I wanted cheesecake and went here on a whim and wow… I was not disappointed. You can easily eat 2 without feeling guilty, and then feel guilty about the third. The crust is flakey and good, all the flavors I had were great. Surprisingly in a rare win for vegans, the best flavor I had was the vegan cookies and cream but all of them were good.

If you want some cheesecake these are reasonably priced at 3$ each or 3.75? For the vegan ones and you can eat 2 without feeling guilty (3 is pushing it, save it for later). This place is great and if ya want cheesecake check it out!
