Food is great as always. It was our server's 2nd day on the job and it was clear she was struggling to keep up. For the sake of the customers, new servers should always have a shadow to ensure that customers are not left in need. She was a nice girl, but overwhelmed and I ended up having to walk in to the bar to get another iced tea after my glass sat empty for more than 15 minutes. Additionally, on our way to being seated, we walked by several dirty tables that were left...
I made reservations for lunch on a Saturday for my friend's birthday. We chose this location because we heard the view was fabulous and it was. Our server was excellent at checking on our table and bringing/removing dishes. The food was delicious. And they surprised my friend a small brownie dessert - which was free. That was a delightful treat for her that they didn't need to do. Thank you for making her birthday lunch a little more special!
The service is good sometimes, slow and amateurish other times. Our best experience was great, our worst experience left us with empty waters and cocktail glasses for long stretches of time.
The food and drinks are OK. They’re overpriced with a lack of balance and refinement. We pay the same amount at Uchi and the quality level is not even close here.
