The Hightower

3.5 for me- was kind of expecting more out of this dinner experience! The peanut butter brussel sprouts are really great and the hightower burger was yummy. We had sandwiches. My friend and decided we would each do 40 extra burpees because she had the sausage and I had the pork belly. We also had the ceviche which was tasty. The ceviche has smoked salmon, which was a first for both of us. It was good, but different, especially if you grew up on ceviche in Rockport or South Padre Island. The photo of the neighborhood chicken was very therapeutic.

Food is amazing, staff are genuinely nice and fun- very knowledgeable about what goes into their food and cocktails. We had the salmon ceviche, the corn, the dumplings and orange chicken. All of the dishes were impeccable! Cocktails were flavorful and unique. Atmosphere of the restaurant is great for a date night or fun dinner with a group. I'm looking forward to trying their brunch! Will be back soon! There's ample parking and a nice patio as well.
