Lighthouse Catering was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We had a venue that required that you use their list of caterers or pay a (somewhat ridiculous) outside catering fee and deposit. Despite this - we trusted Pamela and her team with our wedding, and boy was it worth it! Communication was easy and the food was amazing! I recently discovered that they are in a new location. Although they've moved, the service and quality of food is still superb! The chicken fried rice is my favorite dish and has never changed for the past 4 years that I've been coming here!
