I immediately felt at home here (I’m from scotland). Staff are super, super friendly. Locals are warm and chatty. The setup is homely and traditional. Honestly can’t speak highly enough of this place
My friends and I stopped in the Tavern while in Austin for the weekend. We sat at the bar because it was pretty packed; the best decision we could make. The bartender, Eric, was so hospitable; despite it being so busy, he made sure we were accommodated every chance he had; it was greatly appreciated. I will be back the next time I am in Austin.
Such a great atmosphere and attentive staff that catered to our every need! Every employee we encountered was friendly and very helpful. A fun vibe for dinner after hitting the slopes!
