i ordered a BLT online with a few add-ons and they gave me a sandwich with no lettuce, tomato, onion, mustard, etc. it’s just bacon and mayo and turkey. who sees a BLT was ordered and forgets the L and T?

I want to just say that I am a BIG time Thundercloud fan. I have been a frequent customer of many locations for 30 years.
With that, I need to say something about this specific location: something is wrong with the way this location stores/manages their bread. The location in Austin I most frequent is S Lamar & Menchaca, even though this Riverside location is closest to where I live. I have no idea what's going on with this location, but the bread they use here is always MUSHY. The texture/firmness of it is always way off and this is not a singular experience. It has been this way on multiple occasions, when I don't have time to make it to a different location. Management needs to come together to figure out why the bread at this location is never right.
Bread is the most important ingredient for a sandwich, and this location consistently comes up short with it.

They got lots of sandwich options and they even got gluten free options for those that require it. I got an Austin club which came with chicken bacon and avocado, pretty yummy, very filling, the person at the register was really nice and gave me time to think of what I wanted.

So I lived in Austin as a teenager and ThinderCoud was the sandwich shop to go to. It was nice visiting again and the subs don't disappoint. They're all over Austin so check them out.
The ThunderCloud Subs at Riverside and Congress is simply outstanding. Twice, I needed last-minute party platters for my office. While other locations were rude about my same-day request, the Riverside team handled it with incredible positivity and got them ready faster than expected. Their flexibility and work ethic truly saved the day, and we got so many compliments about how delicious the sandwiches were! If you need a reliable, customer-focused ThunderCloud, this is the one! :)
