This Thundercloud Subs is one of the reasons I like living in this area. They are always extremely kind and accommodating. My order is always exactly what I asked for, and the service is always extremely nice. The food I get always tastes delish and refreshing. It’s got a very fresh vibe. Totally worth going!

We usually have amazing experiences with this location but today on 12/21 at 11:50am the staff was extremely rude. They seemed understaffed and very busy which is completely understandable since its 4 days till Christmas, but thats not an excuse to treat other human beings poorly. The woman that was working today was extremely rude to my husband who was picking up an order under my name. 2 weeks ago we went to this location close to closing and the staff was amazing. Please review with your staff. This is the kind of behavior that makes us not want to come back.

The staff is extremely rude that made my sandwich at 1:15 on 8/23:25. I double checked if she made my sandwich with thunder sauce and she said “yeah, it’s not my first day”. I guess she’s miserable at her job, but don’t take it out on me.

This is the best Thundercloud in town, no question. Always fresh bread, fresh greens in the sandwich and salad, happy staff. They know how to bring the thunderstruck at this location. Bonus points for being on the way to the Lake.

I’ve been going to thunderclouds for decades, and this is one of the nicest ones I’ve seen. It has a very nice outdoor deck in the back and the inside area has a lot of seating. The restaurant is right near 2222 and 620 by the 711. Thunderclouds subs are great, my only complaint is that a long time ago, maybe 15 or 20 years ago, even, they used to have a seafood salad sub that was fantastic. Then some of the stores stopped carrying it, and now it seems like none of them carry it. They should bring it back.

Found a fly in my to go drink by sucking it up through my straw………..gluten free bread is meh to be expected though, but it fell apart quickly- definitely not enjoyable.

Subs are great but kind of small, usually order 2 larges because I’m a sicko. Even when I order 2 subs it’s still a way better deal than a chain sub place
