I got the Italian sandwich with double meat this week for a great price and a great taste. Did not opt for the combo as I thought that was too much for too little. Helpful staff. The large sandwiches are not as “large” as rivals, but the double meat really helps them pack a punch! Staff was friendly.

Love this place! They make the sandwich right in front of you and the lettuce is finely chopped and they add the thundercloud sauce to it. Yum

That was the nicest social interaction I’ve had all week, I don’t know the name of the person that made my sandwich but he was so pleasant to talk to, it made the place feel really chill and welcoming.

It's always phenomenal. I stopped in today, and I am just always flabbergasted at how laid back but helpful the staff is. I feel taken care of and at ease. I feel unhurried, heard, and fulfilled. Like, each person who works here puts me at ease more than the bedside manner of the best doctor or paramedic. I feel more validated and heard than I would feel while speaking to a therapist. Staff prioritizes walk-in orders and completely ignores online orders. Over 45 minute wait for 3 subs they kept telling me “5 mins” when I could have just ordered at the counter and in and out in 3 minutes.
The new girl aplogized to me about 8 or 9 times while making my sandwich. What leads a person to say "I'm sorry" that many times? Certainly her apologies were not genuine. Her valley girl accent made me want to kill myself. I don't think I will go back there anymore.
